Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-4100C for textile lamination bonding is a one-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solids.PUR-4100C can be used on a wide variety of fabrics and different plastic films. The end product is hard with good initial strength, moderate open time and excellent final strength. PUR-4100C is characterized by stable viscosity when heated at a certain temperature and high initial and final bond strength. PUR-4100C has good peel strength, good heat and moisture resistance and chemical resistance after curing.
APPLICATION
Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-4100C is used for textile lamination bonding. PUR-4100C can be used for all kinds of fabrics and different plastic films. The final product is stiff, with good initial strength, moderate opening time and excellent final strength.

USER GUIDE
The package of PUR-4100C is suitable for various dispensing equipment.
The recommended operating temperature is 90℃~110℃.
In order to achieve complete curing, it is better to place finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, about 65% relative humidity).
STORAGE
Store PUR-4100C where it’s dry, cool and avoid direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be no more than 35℃ and avoid open fire or heat source.
