Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-8855 for textile lamination bonding is a single-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solid content. PUR-8855 can be used for fabric and film, fabric and fabric, fabric and sponge lamination, leather products and fabric lamination, especially suitable for roller coating process. PUR-8855 is featured stable viscosity under heating at a certain temperature, high initial bonding strength and final bonding strength. After curing, PUR-8855 has good peeling strength, good heat&humidity resistance and chemical resistance.
APPLICATION

USER GUIDE
PUR-8855 is packaged for use in a variety of dispensing equipment.
It has a recommended operating temperature of 115℃~125℃.
In order to achieve complete curing, it is best to place the finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, relative humidity about 65%).
STORAGE
Please store PUR-8855 in a dry, cool, and out of direct sunlight place. The storage temperature should not exceed 35℃ and avoid open flame or heat source.
